EPAM Systems in Argentina is seeking a Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle for native mobile apps and backend services, ensuring predictable delivery and clear communication across teams.

You will coordinate planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement in release processes, oversee app submissions to Apple App Store and Google Play, and drive CI/CD pipeline enhancements.

Formación

• 2+ years of release management experience across mobile and backend delivery.
• Stakeholder management experience coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops.
• Release planning for calendars, readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge for build, test, and deployment automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the release calendar across iOS, Android, and backend platforms.
• Coordinate release scope with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops stakeholders.
• Align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams to meet release targets.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end release execution across build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate mobile app submissions through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Identify release risks, manage blockers, and coordinate rollback planning when needed.
• Communicate release status, risks, and decisions through timely stakeholder updates.
• Maintain release documentation, notes, and post-release summaries.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates.
