Job summary

GM de Argentina S.R.L. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support regional controllership activities for South America in a multinational setting under US GAAP and IFRS.

You will manage monthly close for revenue recognition, review contracts, and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls. The role requires collaboration with Finance, Commercial, After Sales, and IT teams and offers a hybrid work arrangement in Argentina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• English at an intermediate level.
• Experience in accounting domain.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Autonomy with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting and close activities related to revenue recognition for assigned markets in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Review contracts and business programs to assess accounting treatment and revenue recognition timing.
• Prepare and analyze reports and performance metrics related to revenue recognition and accounting results.
• Perform accounting activities for assigned processes including estimates, adjustments and balances.
• Ensure compliance with inventory-related policies, internal controls and SOX.
