AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Specialist to support high-volume interview scheduling and cross-team collaboration for nearshore IT engagements. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the energy to manage multiple time zones across US, LATAM and possibly EMEA.

Formación

3 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools.
English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong data accuracy across systems.
Comfortable working across US/LATAM time zones.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers and time zones.
Coordinate and track interviewer feedback collection within SLAs.
Serve as primary contact between client’s hiring managers, internal recruiting team, and external staffing vendors.
Maintain and update the ATS with candidate statuses, notes, and disposition codes.
Standardize recruiting workflows including feedback templates and scorecards.
Monitor pipeline health dashboards and flag bottlenecks to the TA lead.
Prepare and distribute interview packets and debrief agendas.
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires including background check initiation and offer logistics.
Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce scheduling cycle time.
