Tires-Easy is seeking a Finance Analyst in Argentina to own rebate programs data and financial analysis. You will manage SAP S/4HANA configurations, accruals, and vendor data, delivering reliable analytics for negotiations and renewals.

We value hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Hybris, Power BI, and advanced Excel. You’ll collaborate with account managers and finance teams to support strategic decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, or data analysis.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in Argentina time zone.
• Strong proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining rebate program listings across SAP S/4HANA and Hybris.
• Own Hybris–S/4HANA difference reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop a reliable source of truth for rebate accruals and collections.
• Support Strategic Account Managers in rebate discussions and renewals.
• Provide analytics for negotiations and scenario modeling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; improve rebate workflows.
