Job summary

Tires-Easy is seeking a Finance Analyst to own rebate program analytics across SAP S/4HANA and Hybris, ensuring accurate accruals and insightful performance data for negotiations with vendors. The role sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and commercial strategy to enable growth decisions.

The position develops executive analytics, supports Strategic Account Managers in disputes, renewals and new contracts, and helps improve rebate workflows within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis or data analysis.
• Ability to work full-time shifts within the Argentina (ART) time zone.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• High speed Wi‑Fi connection.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date listing of all rebate programs across SAP S/4HANA and Hybris.
• Establish and owning the Hybris- S/4HANA difference review. Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies between systems in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a reliable source of truth for business on rebate accruals and collections to support decision‑making.
• Supporting Strategic Account Managers in rebate discussions with vendors by preparing documentation, calculations, and supporting analysis.
• Providing analytical support to Strategic Account Managers in renewal and new program negotiations, including scenario modeling and historical performance reviews.
• Liaising, as necessary, with internal teams and external vendors.
• Contributing to the improvement of rebate workflows and controls.
• Act as back-up for other recurring and ad-hoc analytical activities across the finance team.

The Finance Analyst will own the recording, collection, and performance analysis of our vendor rebate programs. Sitting at the intersection of finance, systems, and commercial strategy, you will ensure every rebate program is accurately configured in SAP S/4HANA, accruals and collections are properly managed, and our Strategic Account Managers have reliable data to support vendor disputes, renewals, and new contract negotiations. Additionally, you will build executive analytics to help evaluate program performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and large datasets
• Understanding of vendor rebate programs, accruals, and reconciliations is a plus
