Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Auditors in a manufacturing setting. You will drive QA/QC methods, ensure audits from work instructions are accurate, and push continuous improvement across processes and testing procedures.

You will train and coach team members, communicate risks to management, and maintain accountability while adapting to daily needs. This hands-on leadership role offers a pathway to broader operational impact and growth within Lennox.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of Quality Auditors.
• Oversee and ensure work instruction compliance audits are completed accurately.
• Apply advanced QA/QC methods, theories, and techniques to resolve complex technical problems.
• Review documented processes and testing procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate findings, risks, and escalations to immediate manager.
• Train team members and identify skill or process gaps.
• Hold team members accountable while providing coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with leadership directives (daily, monthly, and annual).
• Act as a hands-on, professional leader and role model.
• Maintain flexibility and agility in day-to-day assignments.
• Support additional duties as assigned by leadership.
