You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training to identify quality trends, prepare QA reports, and ensure client standards are met. Strong attention to detail and 2+ years in QA and OPI/VRI are valued.

Formación

• Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions.
• Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Identify quality trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Prepare QA reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams.
