Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend development with Python and standard web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Daily use of AI coding assistants in development workflows.
• Proficiency with Git, including branch management, PRs, and CI/CD integration.
• User-level Linux/Unix navigation, shell basics, and environment manipulation.
• Experience with diverse databases including Snowflake, relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Continue development and extension of the internal developer portal and dashboard.
• Design, build, and maintain a robust Python backend to support core features.
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline implementation and testing.
• Integrate with Snowflake and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Manage Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Work in Linux environments to run builds, scripts, and inspect logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests and code reviews.
