Topfoxx Limited is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience managing creative projects in marketing or agency settings, with strong proficiency in PM tools like Asana, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Our client is a performance marketing agency focused on mission-driven organizations, particularly in higher education . Since 2020, they have helped universities and educational institutions improve their outreach through data-driven marketing, digital advertising, and creative content . Their team partners with colleges to develop campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement.

As a Creative Project Manager , you will plan and oversee the execution of creative campaigns and assets, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery. You’ll coordinate schedules, set and track deadlines, and serve as the go-to point of contact for cross-functional teams. This role is perfect for a professional with at least two years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing or agency environment.
