Virtustant is seeking a self-sufficient Project Manager to support a US architecture firm focused on converting residential properties into assisted living facilities. You will report to the owner and align with the architect, enabling the owner to focus on site visits and client meetings.

You will coordinate projects in ClickUp, serve as the client liaison, and help evolve the firm’s project management and CRM systems using AI tools, with a remote, full-time schedule.

Formación

• Experience in project management, client communication, or operations coordination.
• C1 or C2 English level with clear phone presence and fluent communication on calls.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.

Job Description

Our client is looking for a self-sufficient Project Manager to handle the behind-the-scenes work of the business. You will report directly to the owner and work closely with him and the firm’s architect. Your work frees the owner to focus on site visits and in-person client meetings.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Manage projects and day-to-day coordination in ClickUp.
• Be the point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and text messages through a dedicated business phone line.
• Keep client information and communication organized in the CRM.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Experience in project management, client communication, or operations coordination.
• C1 or C2 English level with a clear phone presence and fluent communication on calls.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of AI tools to support automation and system development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM.
• Experience in architecture, construction, or real estate.
• Experience with call systems such as RingCentral.
