Job summary

Association of Colleges (AoC) seeks a Project Administrator (TVPD) for a maternity cover. You will support delivery of the national TVPD programme, coordinating meetings, maintaining trackers, and assisting with reporting and stakeholder communications.

This hybrid, full-time role is home-based with occasional travel for meetings; you will ensure high-quality administrative support and utilise CRM and MS Office tools to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy administrative environment with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme meetings and events, preparing agendas and papers.
• Record actions and minutes and maintain programme schedules and trackers.
• Support reporting and assurance processes across the TVPD programme.
• Arrange travel and accommodation and assist with document preparation and formatting.
• Maintain content across digital platforms and provide technical support for online meetings.
