Job summary

Sur Global is seeking a Production Designer in Argentina to produce high-quality print and digital assets within established brand templates. You will adapt content across formats, ensuring exact consistency in typography, spacing, imagery, and alignment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling fluctuating production volumes. You will QA your work, manage queues in ClickUp, and collaborate with stakeholders to protect template integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Experience producing both print and digital assets within brand guidelines or template systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to identify inconsistencies in spacing, typography, alignment, imagery, and formatting.
• Strong ability to work within established design systems and templates without deviating from standards.
• Strong self-QA and proofreading habits, with careful review before submission.
• Portfolio showing print and digital production work within brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality print and digital assets from existing brand templates.
• Adapt content across sizes and channels while maintaining template consistency.
• Ensure typography, spacing, alignment, and image placement remain consistent.
• Prepare print-ready files with bleeds, trims, color profiles, and preflight.
• Export and prepare digital assets per platform specs and naming conventions.
• QA and proof work before internal or client review.
• Manage multiple production requests and deadlines, maintaining accuracy.
• Use ClickUp to track production queues and deadlines.
