Sur seeks a Production Designer to reliably produce high-quality print and digital assets within an established brand and template system. The role emphasizes precision in typography, spacing, and layout across formats to maintain consistency.
The candidate adapts content across sizes and channels, manages a production queue, and performs thorough QA before delivery. A portfolio of print and digital production work is required.
As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality print and digital assets within an established brand and template system for a major client. You will adapt content across formats while ensuring that every deliverable maintains exact consistency in typography, spacing, imagery, alignment, placement, and overall execution.
This is a precision-focused production role rather than a highly conceptual design position. You will work within an established system and find the right design solutions to make content fit that system—not change the system to accommodate the content. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, meticulous, and comfortable painstakingly reviewing their own work to ensure every asset is accurate and consistent before it moves forward.
You should also be comfortable working in an environment where production volume can fluctuate. Some days may involve a heavy queue of deliverables and tight timelines, while others may be lighter. You will need to remain flexible, organized, and ready to adjust based on the needs of the account.
