Job summary

Weir Software Solutions seeks a Product Specialist - Mine Control (Pitram) to drive real-time mining performance. You will own on-site impact, shape data usage, and influence global operations across the Americas while collaborating with engineers and site leaders.

The role requires underground mining experience, knowledge of mining systems and databases, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid/remote work is supported as part of our flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering, IT, Geology, or related field.
• Hands-on underground mining or operational site experience.
• Experience with mining systems, OT, or software implementation.
• Working knowledge of databases and networking (SQL, Oracle).
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across the Americas and globally.

Within Micromine, this Argentina-based role focuses on Micromine Pitram across the Americas. You will work directly with mining operations to optimize fleet management systems that drive daily production decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity to bridge mining and technology—helping customers unlock real-time insights, improve efficiency, and influence how digital systems are adopted across complex operational environments.

• Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing roles
• Willingness to travel (25–30%) across the Americas and globally
