EY Enterprise Technology is seeking a Product Owner to join the Digital Experience team in Buenos Aires. You will work in an agile framework, shaping requirements and owning the Azure DevOps backlog to support rapid development for EYDxP Adobe platform solutions (CX stack: Workfront, AEM, AEP, Target, Analytics, AJO).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 7 years in a large corporate IT environment
• 5+ years as a business analyst across various IT disciplines; 10 to 15 years in a corporate IT environment
• SAFe Agile Certification
• Adobe DX product experience
• Other relevant experience in IT fields (application development, deployment/implementation)
• Experience in professional services or global teams preferred
• Significant IT infrastructure and security project experience
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain deep contextual understanding of assigned service areas and business objectives
• Represent business objectives when interfacing with project teams and ensure alignment
• Capture business context and define current and desired future state
• Develop business, user and technical requirements and establish traceability
• Manage requirements through project lifecycle with customer agreements
• Communicate with business, IT and testing personnel effectively
• Ensure requirements are unambiguous, testable and implementable
• Navigate ambiguity and drive detailed requirements
• Define stakeholder requirements with the business customer(s)
• Plan elicitation, analysis, specification and validation activities
• Facilitate requirement meetings with large groups (20+ attendees)
• Write and review Use Cases and structured requirements documents
• Ensure change control procedures are followed by the team
• Understand project scope and business case
• Uphold high-quality business analysis standards per Information Security
