Tires Easy, in collaboration with Garage Hub, seeks a Product Manager to define and deliver capabilities for a global distribution platform and catalog systems. You will focus on data accuracy, pricing integrity, and scalable workflows across suppliers, customers, and SKUs.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Strategic Partnerships to translate requirements into practical solutions that improve catalog accuracy, pricing consistency, and inventory transparency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4-8+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or data-intensive environments.
• Strong business judgment with understanding of impact on execution, cost, and scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to ship, iterate, and improve complex products in fast-moving organizations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable requirements.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics and dashboards for prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product definition and delivery of Garage Hub's and Driveline's core distribution platform capabilities.
• Design and evolve systems that support order management, catalog ingestion, part normalization, and data quality across customers and suppliers, including UX/UI where applicable.
• Partner with Engineering to plan and deliver product releases that support customer and distributor workflows and scale.
• Work closely with Operations and Strategic Partnerships to translate distribution constraints into product requirements.
• Partner with Operations to identify and resolve pain points, validate requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted in live environments.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to distributor/customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, tooling, and workflow redesign.
• Communicate product priorities and timelines to stakeholders.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
