JPMorganChase in Argentina seeks an experienced Product Manager to shape the Digital Documentation Services product, driving initiatives from concept to adoption and delivering measurable business value. You will engage business and technical stakeholders to reimagine processes, apply advanced technologies and formulate product plans.

The role requires translating needs into actionable requirements, owning the backlog, and guiding the product roadmap with a data-driven approach.

Formación

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management
  • Experience in a Product Owner role practicing Scrum
  • Proactive self-starter capable of independent work and cross-team collaboration
  • High-level oral and written communication in English across geographies
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Detail oriented with strong data and process design skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilidades

  • Contribute to an innovative product vision and alignment
  • Identify feature opportunities via ROI, OKRs, and analysis
  • Manage sponsor expectations and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs on features and design
  • Document business needs with BRDs and prioritization materials
  • Guide development and execution of the product roadmap
  • Document end-to-end processes and data flows, create training and user guides
  • Lead extended feature teams with clear prioritization
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories with IT/Feature teams

As a Product Manager in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will:

  • Drive strategic product initiatives from inception through adoption.
  • Engage business and technical stakeholders to reimagine business processes, apply advanced technologies and AI models, and formulate product plans.
  • Collect problem statements, develop personas, and use cases to define feature requirements.
  • Prioritize to realize outcomes that maximize business value.
Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to an innovative product vision
  • Identify and articulate feature opportunities through comparative analysis, ROI measurement and OKR definition
  • Maintain effective relationships with sponsors and key partners to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on features and solution design
  • Author business requirements and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritization
  • Guide development and execution of the product roadmap
  • Document end-to-end processes and data flows, create training materials, release notes and user guides
  • Direct extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritization
  • Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management
  • Experience in a Product Owner role practicing Scrum
  • Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams
  • High-level oral and written communication in English; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographies
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Detail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process design
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Excel, Visio
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment preferred
  • Document Management experience
  • Familiarity with data taxonomies
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML formats
