Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product control, financial control, or a related finance role.
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present financial drivers clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel with structured workbooks and analyses.
• Multitask and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to strong controls and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes.
• Produce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L information.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads and senior finance.
• Partner with the business to drive robust controls and new initiatives.
• Coordinate front and back office to resolve control and reporting issues.
• Serve as analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests daily.
