Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product control or a related finance role.
• Experience producing and explaining P&L and supporting month-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication to present financial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily P&L and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desks.
• Produce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L results and related metrics.
• Explain P&L movements through variance analysis and clear commentary for stakeholders.
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, substantiation, and control checks.
• Partner with trading, business management, and Finance teams to deliver timely reporting.
• Coordinate with front and back office to resolve breaks and control issues.
• Identify control gaps and implement enhancements to strengthen reporting and close.
• Provide analytical support for new initiatives, process improvements, and change delivery.
• Manage ad hoc analysis requests with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
