Formación

  • 7+ years of product management or engineering experience delivering technical products.
  • Experience with subscription products, pricing, and user retention.
  • Experience building products powered by LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent workflows.
  • Data-driven problem solving using customer feedback and business insights.
  • Experience managing a portfolio across multiple engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered experiences and digital marketing solutions.
  • Lead AI initiatives that automate marketing workflows, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and customers to understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate them into AI-powered product opportunities.
  • Drive the design and development of AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, and AI agents that automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI product solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and technical feasibility.
  • Stay informed about AI and retail technology trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and workflow automation.
  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and enhancements for the platform.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure success and guide future improvements.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Principal Product Manager

This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution, balancing strategic prioritization with hands‑on execution. It will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to apply AI‑driven automation across retail workflows, delivering innovative products that improve operational efficiency and enhance the digital shopping experience.

This is a full‑time contract role. We use Deel as the employer of record and contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered shopping experiences and digital marketing solutions
  • Lead AI initiatives that automate complex marketing workflows, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and customers to understand business processes, identify pain points, and translate them into AI‑powered product opportunities
  • Drive the design and development of AI‑powered products, intelligent workflows, and AI agents that automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI product solutions

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management or engineering experience, delivering highly technical products
  • Experience with subscription products, pricing, and/or demonstrated success in improving user retention
  • Demonstrated experience building products powered by LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation. Ability to identify operational processes and apply AI technologies to automate decision‑making, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work
  • Demonstrated data‑driven approach to problem solving by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, using customer feedback and business insights to drive product decisions
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products. Experience working across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Healthy balance of both analytical and creative thinking with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients as well as end users
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise‑scale solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in a hyper‑growth startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability across customer segmentation, new product strategy, execution, and product analytics
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to expanding technical knowledge
