Job summary

Elev8 is seeking a PPC Specialist to own day-to-day paid search for behavioral health client accounts. You will manage Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio, monitor performance daily, and implement optimizations that drive admissions and ROI.

You will verify tracking (GA4, GTM, call tracking) and support the attribution infrastructure, reporting, and client communications. A strong English writer with a process-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management in a direct-response, lead generation environment.
• Agency experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, call tracking, and Excel/Sheets for performance analysis.
• Process-first mindset with SOP adherence and QA of own work.
• Strong written English and ability to communicate insights to a senior team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: day-to-day Google Ads execution across 10–15 client accounts with builds, optimizations, bid strategy, ad copy, and audience management.
• Performance Monitoring: daily pacing checks, CPL, impression share, and conversions, flagging anomalies early.
• Attribution & Tracking: ensure conversion tracking is live and accurate (GA4 events, CTM/CallRail), plus form submissions.
• QA & Documentation: follow QA checklists and log changes in ClickUp.
• Reporting: provide weekly performance inputs and support monthly client-facing reports.
