Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join the Digital Delivery Team in Argentina. You will deliver secure, scalable Power Platform solutions using Model-Driven and Canvas apps, Dataverse models, and integratons with Azure and Microsoft 365.

You will work with stakeholders in Agile environments, implement DevOps practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation across client projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• Proven expertise with Model-Driven and Canvas Apps on Power Platform
• Experience in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and data migration
• Experience leveraging Dataverse including Data Connectors
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform apps, BI, Automate, and Virtual Agents
• Experience with DevOps practices, source control, and automated deployment
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP and CI (preferred)
• Understanding data services like Dataverse, Azure Synapse, Data Gateway and Azure ML integration

Responsibilities

• Build and support Power Automate workflows and Canvas Power Apps
• Lead the design, development and deployment of Power Platform solutions
• Integrate Power Platform with M365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure and third-party systems
• Develop solutions aligned with Centre of Excellence and validation criteria
• Collaborate with architects, developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts

• Perform peer reviews of code and implementations
• Create and maintain deployment pipelines for Power Apps solutions
• Own build and deployment artifacts and coordinate with operations teams
• Advise delivery teams on new systems and technologies
• Create technical documentation using firm templates

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to play a key position within the Digital Delivery Team. Working closely with stakeholders and Business Services teams, the successful candidate will deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, helping to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Knowledge & Experience

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• Expertise in building Model-Driven and Canvas Applications using the Power Platform, leveraging Azure and M365 Services
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Dataverse data modelling, security roles, business rules, relationships, and data migration.
• Experience leveraging Dataverse, including creating and using Data Connectors
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, BI, Automate, Virtual Agents) and integrating on-premises data with Azure on-prem Data Gateway
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, source control, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience building solutions that work with Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CI (preferred, not required)
• Understanding of data services such as Dataverse, Azure Synapse, Data Gateway, Data Warehouse, and integration with Azure ML and Cognitive Services

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in Power App Developer roles
• Experience with cloud-based development environments (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Familiarity with specific Power Platform components (e.g., Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Job responsibilities

• Help the Digital Delivery Team adopt modern software delivery methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using the firm’s existing templates.
• Advise in-house delivery teams on new systems and technologies.
