GlobalLogic is seeking a Power Platform Developer to drive digital transformation. You will design and build Model-Driven and Canvas Apps on the Power Platform, integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and ensure scalable enterprise solutions.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on DevOps practices is expected. You will work within the Digital Delivery Team, contributing to modern software delivery and ongoing professional development opportunities, including

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science or related field or 5+ years IT experience.
• Expertise building Model-Driven and Canvas Apps with Power Platform.
• Proven Agile experience in cross-functional teams.
• Dataverse modeling, security roles, and data migration knowledge.
• Dataverse usage including Data Connectors.
• Power Platform suite mastery (Apps, BI, Automate, Virtual Agents).
• On-prem data integration using Azure Data Gateway.
• DevOps, source control, and automated deployment experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and CI is a plus.
• Understanding data services like Synapse, Data Gateway, Data Warehouse, and integration with Azure ML/Cognitive Services.

Responsabilidades

• Build and support Power Automate workflows and Canvas Power Apps.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure, SQL Server and others.
• Develop solutions aligned with best practices and the Centre of Excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and analysts.
• Deliver enterprise-grade solutions for WPS tech platforms.
• Perform peer code reviews.
• Create and maintain pipelines for Power Apps solutions.
• Own build/deployment artifacts and coordinate with operations.
• Advise and support in-house teams on new systems and technologies.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to play a key position within the Digital Delivery Team. Working closely with stakeholders and Business Services teams, the successful candidate will deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, helping to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• Expertise in building Model-Driven and Canvas Applications using the Power Platform, leveraging Azure and M365 Services
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Dataverse data modelling, security roles, business rules, relationships, and data migration.
• Experience leveraging Dataverse, including creating and using Data Connectors
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, BI, Automate, Virtual Agents) and integrating on-premises data with Azure on-prem Data Gateway
• Experience implementing DevOps practices, source control, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience building solutions that work with Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CI (preferred, not required)
• Understanding of data services such as Dataverse, Azure Synapse, Data Gateway, Data Warehouse, and integration with Azure ML and Cognitive Services

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of IT experience
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification preferred, but not required
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in Power App Developer roles
• Experience with cloud-based development environments (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Familiarity with specific Power Platform components (e.g., Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)

Job responsibilities

• Build and support Power Automate workflows and Canvas Power Apps

• Collaborate with developers, architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and execute designs for enterprise technical solutions.
• Work within a team of cloud developers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions for WPS tech platforms.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and implementations.
• Create and maintain pipelines for Power Apps solutions.
• Own the creation of build and deployment artifacts and collaborate with operations teams for seamless rollout of enterprise technical solutions.
• Help the Digital Delivery Team adopt modern software delivery methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using the firm’s existing templates.
• Advise in-house delivery teams on new systems and technologies.
