J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Associate to evolve our client onboarding and documentation platform, bridging product vision, technical architecture, and delivery execution to scale a configurable, high-speed platform across cross-LOB regulatory needs.
You will partner with Product Owners, Design Leads, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to define and deliver platform capabilities and reusable enablers that accelerate enterprise outcomes.
Formación
- 6+ years in software engineering or product design with platform experience.
- Ability to define value, journeys, metrics and reusable capabilities (APIs/SDKs).
- Experience in SOA/microservices, event-driven patterns and API design.
- Familiarity with rule engines, policy-as-code and data governance.
- Clear communicator able to translate tech for business stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Contribute to product roadmap and platform evolution with measurable value.
- Design components with API contracts, event-driven patterns and modular reuse.
- Lead cross-functional squads focusing on agile delivery and observability.
- Engage risk, compliance, and enterprise architecture to align with standards.
- Mentor teams and drive a culture of experimentation and accountability.
