Redtree LATAM is actively seeking a Piping 3D Modeler to develop and coordinate piping models for large power generation and industrial projects. The role supports U.S.-based projects and requires strong English communication, with a hybrid work model across Montevideo, Buenos Aires, and Santiago.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of piping 3D modeling experience.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• Experience with power generation or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks.
• Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D piping models for power generation and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to support project execution.
• Interpret P&IDs and drawings.
• Support model coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Ensure model quality and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Support continuous improvement of modeling workflows.
