Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese)

About the role As a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese), you will make an impact by improving the performance of digital advertising campaigns through strategic recommendations, data analysis, and account optimization. You will be a valued member of the Digital Marketing Operations team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support advertising initiatives across global markets.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for campaign optimization initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex and high-value accounts while meeting established productivity and quality targets.
• Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content while considering market requirements and cultural nuances.
• Support optimization efforts across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App advertising products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous campaign improvement and deliver measurable results.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, advertising operations, or agency environments.
• Understanding of direct marketing and digital advertising concepts.
• Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising, including certifications or practical experience managing campaigns.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
