Cognizant is seeking a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese) to improve digital campaign performance through strategic recommendations, data analysis, and account optimization. You will join the Digital Marketing Operations team and work with stakeholders across global markets in a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key elements include advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish, hands-on banner/text optimization, and reporting using Excel and Google tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish skills (written and verbal) required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, or agency environments.
• Understanding of direct marketing and digital advertising concepts.
• Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising, including certifications or practical experience managing campaigns.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

About the role

As a Trilingual Ads Optimization Agent (with Portuguese), you will make an impact by improving the performance of digital advertising campaigns through strategic recommendations, data analysis, and account optimization. You will be a valued member of the Digital Marketing Operations team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support advertising initiatives across global markets.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze advertising account performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Build, organize, and restructure digital advertising accounts to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Develop strategic recommendations and act as a trusted advisor for campaign optimization initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality optimization solutions for complex and high-value accounts while meeting established productivity and quality targets.
• Create, adapt, and localize keyword lists and ad content while considering market requirements and cultural nuances.
• Support optimization efforts across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App advertising products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous campaign improvement and deliver measurable results.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have to be considered

• Advanced English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, customer support, digital marketing, advertising operations, or agency environments.
