Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in ecommerce landing page design, CRO-focused.
• Experience designing for paid traffic; understanding ad angle impact.
• Portfolio of high-converting ecommerce landing pages, beauty/skincare or premium brands preferred.
• Advanced Figma and strong Photoshop skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate ad hooks into high-converting landing pages across variants.
• Build angle-specific pages in volume; design mobile-first with fast load times.
• Maintain a reusable component library (Replo or similar).
• Collaborate with Shopify developers and analytics teams to optimize CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
