U.S. DTC Performance Marketing Agency is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ad concepts that convert. You’ll lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, helping brands scale through sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and content that performs as good as it looks.

This is a fully remote, full‑time role for candidates located in the U.S. or Canada, ideal for blending creative instincts with performance thinking.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and optimize paid social creatives (eCommerce preferred).
• Portfolio of paid social creatives, with UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Strong grasp of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and plan structured tests.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors and designers.
• Review ad performance and identify winning angles and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to KPIs and reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output and fast production.
