Job summary

Dollar Tree in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and keep the store tidy. You will help customers with questions, process transactions, unload shipments, and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
