This role focuses on managing paid social strategies across multiple platforms, particularly TikTok and Meta. Candidates should have experience in digital marketing and excellent communication skills. Formación

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
  • Experience with direct response marketing, especially in e-commerce.
  • Client facing experience handling communications.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms.
  • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels.
  • Channels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable, with heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta.
  • Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals.
  • Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams.
  • Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
  • Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack (as applicable).
  • Provide excellent marketing and business strategy acumen; full understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies.
  • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results.
  • Own performance reporting and strategy communication; execute reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities.
  • Autonomously present performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verbally and written).
  • Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps.
  • Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business results.
  • Operate as an effective team member for department and account teams; contribute to a constructive work environment in line with PD core values.
  • Participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing; agency experience a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience with direct response marketing specifically in e-commerce; lead gen and B2B a plus.
  • 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc).
  • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus.
  • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications.
  • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features.
Additional Information

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients, below 10% client churn rate. MITs include delivering top-tier product, owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts, and overseeing effective reporting and execution of channel strategy.
