Dentsu Argentina's Offshore Team is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to drive strategy, implementation and analysis of campaigns across social platforms. You will monitor performance, prepare reports and optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs while fostering strong client and partner relationships.

You will engage with junior team members and participate in weekly virtual meetings and in-office activities in Buenos Aires. A 2–4 year track record in performance marketing is preferred.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics valued.
• Proficiency in Paid Social Meta Ads and other Paid Social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing concepts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret large data.
• Data-driven with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic guidelines and meet KPIs.
• Monitor campaigns performance and KPIs.
• Possibly supervise junior team members.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on results.
• Monitor optimization results and provide recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients.
• Collaborate on media plans with other channel areas.
• Train junior members when required.
• Participate in weekly offshore team meetings and in-office activities in Buenos Aires.
