Overview

We are a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence, igniting revenue and brand recognition for leading and emerging companies worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Own execution, performance & growth of Paid Media services within your book of business.
  • Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise‑level clients, including daily optimizations & high‑level strategy changes.
  • Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation & action plans based on campaign performance data & client‑specific source of truth KPIs (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Participate in weekly department scrums & training sessions to further channel knowledge.
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals.
  • Maintain frequent & excellent communication internally and externally with assigned clients.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Employ and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
Qualifications
  • 3‑4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Experience in ABM‑specific DSPs and supporting platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus).
  • Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & integration into overarching channel strategies.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Paid Media Channels.
  • Experience with campaign development & optimization processes (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development) on large, enterprise‑level accounts.
  • Experience with complex client org structures (multi‑brand, multi‑product, long sales cycle) within B2B e‑commerce, hybrid & sales‑led organizations.
  • Significant campaign management experience with LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus).
  • At least 3 of the following additional campaign types: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing & paid media’s place in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

$13.5k team‑member EBITDA. Maintain below 10% client churn rate. 4‑6 accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency).
