Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business for Paid Advertising strategies.
  • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist.
  • Work with account leadership to ideate and evolve strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals and manage client budgets.
  • Communicate internally about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; collaborate with Specialists as needed.
  • Provide ongoing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients with a strong understanding of the service strategy and levers to drive performance.
  • Communicate weekly client progress, outlining performance insights and future recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy acumen with full understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid media.
  • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changing landscapes to achieve desired results.
  • Own performance reporting and strategy communication, including presentation creation and data storytelling for clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to your department.
Role Requirements
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy).
  • Significant campaign management experience in: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's role in the funnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and project management skills; self-motivated and quick to learn.
  • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company.
