Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business for paid advertising.
  • Work with account leadership to evolve strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and routine campaign management (with possible Specialist support).
  • Provide forward-thinking strategy and insights on an ongoing basis with a strong understanding of the services strategy and levers to drive performance.
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads (end-to-end builds A-Z with appropriate channel redundancy).
  • Manage client budgets and advise on changes based on expertise; communicate performance and strategy internally and with clients; present insights and future recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Specialists when applicable to support tactical needs and production.
  • Own weekly client progress recaps and performance reporting with clear next steps.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct response marketing experience (E-commerce, Lead Gen or B2B).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Hands-on SEM experience with campaign development and optimization (bid management, keyword research, ad copy).
  • Significant campaign management experience in: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and office suites; strong full-funnel understanding of paid media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and work independently; willingness for a long-term relationship with a growing company.

  • Maintain below 10% client churn
  • 5-7 accounts
