Air Liquide Americas is seeking an Order Management Products Manager to drive the strategy and roadmap for the Order Management Domain across the Americas. You will collaborate with global IT stakeholders and local teams to ensure deployment, adoption, and support of IT products and services, delivering value and reliable operations.

You will translate strategy into clear goals, coordinate cross-functional work, lead rollouts, and monitor KPIs such as order processing efficiency and system

Formación

• Knowledge of order management processes (order entry, pricing, invoicing) essential.
• Geographic opportunities and challenges within the Order Management Domain scope.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities and a value-driven mindset.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and executing IT product roll-outs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and associated ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the Order Management Domain roadmap.
• Translate strategy into clear product goals, priorities, and executable roadmaps.
• Coordinate and facilitate across Domain teams and engage PM/PO community in the Americas.
• Track value delivered using KPIs (order processing, system adoption, incidents).
