Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Professional Medical Education Specialist for the South LATAM cluster in Buenos Aires. You will design and run professional education programs, engage healthcare professionals, and collaborate with distributors, sales, and medical affairs to grow educational impact.

You will work with Key Opinion Leaders to develop projects, provide clinical education, and travel across LATAM to support initiatives while ensuring compliance and advancing the Surgical Vision

Qualifications

• MD with Ophthalmology specialization is required.
• Experience in Professional Medical Education or related field is preferred in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute professional education initiatives across South LATAM to enhance awareness and adoption of Surgical Vision products.
• Deliver scientific and clinical education to Eye Care Professionals and distributors.
• Partner with KOLs to develop and implement educational projects supporting growth across South LATAM.
• Provide clinical, professional, and technical support to customers and sales teams during visits and trainings.
• Support PED strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical vision technologies and competitive products.
• Travel across South LATAM and other Latin American countries as required to support educational activities.
