Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of CAS experience required.
• Intermediate English valued.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interest in cardiology, electrophysiology and medical devices.
• Analytical capacity and ability to learn high-complexity technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proactive, autonomous and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for procedures when needed.
• Experience in electrophysiology, hemodynamics, cardiology or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures in hospitals and EP labs.
• Train physicians, electrophysiologists, nurses and clinical staff on systems and catheters.
• Offer expert advice on cardiac mapping, navigation and ablation technologies.
• Ensure correct and safe use of equipment during clinical procedures.
• Develop strategic relationships with physicians, hospitals and opinion leaders.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and support business objectives.
• Resolve technical issues and provide post-sale support to customers.
• Stay updated on clinical evidence and new electro physiology products.
• Coordinate training events, workshops and educational programs for customers.
• Manage territory reports, documentation and regulatory compliance.
