Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance to the team to ensure processes and methodologies are followed.
• Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics and report risks to management.
• Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies, including health & safety guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners.

Job description

This is a first-line, hands-on people leadership role supporting a local team of a global operation. The focus is on day-to-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
• Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escape risks/issues to management
• Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
• Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced English
• 10+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience
• Proven experience leading a team is required.
