Orica is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor Open Cut to oversee blasting and charging operations at open-cut mine sites. You will lead onsite teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and customer satisfaction standards.

You will develop personnel, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to align operations with service level agreements and corporate policies.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience after professional qualification, including 5 years in people management.
