• Technical competencies: Project management software, Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and knowledge of building codes.
• Skills: Effective communication, organization, multidisciplinary teamwork, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities.
• Desired Certifications: PMP or LEED AP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through closeout, developing schedules and monitoring budgets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contractors and consultants, facilitating meetings and communicating updates.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts during execution.
