Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site work in Villa Gesell, Argentina. This contract role involves hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and ongoing data center support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data center or IT infra, strong cabling skills, and solid English communication. Certifications are preferred; on-site physical work is required with ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Formación

• 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a) and fiber.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Rack, stack and label servers; perform cross-connects.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
