PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to contribute to internal firm services, regulatory compliance, and risk management across our diverse client portfolio. You’ll work at the heart of global teams, leveraging cutting-edge tools while upholding integrity and professional standards.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor colleagues, and help build policies to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Must have English proficiency demonstrated in oral and written form.
• Experience requirements are specified as at least 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring adherence to ethical standards
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
• Facilitating compliance program implementation and conducting compliance reviews
• Designing onboarding processes and delivering compliance training sessions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity and ethical business conduct
• Embracing change and using creativity to generate new ideas and solve problems
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

As a New Partners Review, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, developing and implementing policies to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
