PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager to lead risk-based monitoring in a multinational setting. You’ll design policies, oversee data analytics, and guide teams across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services.

You will coach staff, promote integrity, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging technology to enhance monitoring workflows and reporting. Fluency in English is required.

• Conduct routine testing, process improvement, project management, and data analytics.
• Develop and maintain documents, methodologies, and playbooks for monitoring design and execution.
• Present to senior leaders and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Maintain information security and data protection practices.

As a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

• Understanding the risk and compliance profile of a multinational professional services organization and leveraging compliance monitoring activities to confirm compliance programs are effectively mitigating risk and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Supporting the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to identify potential compliance risks and issues.
• Collaborating closely with compliance leaders across various disciplines (e.g., anticorruption, ethics, etc.) to gather requirements and integrate them into a cohesive monitoring framework.
• Identifying opportunities for new and innovative ways of leveraging technology, including Generative AI, to solve compliance monitoring challenges.
• Conducting routine transaction testing, business process improvement initiatives, project management activities, and data analytics to support compliance programs.
• Helping develop and maintain documentation, methodologies, and playbooks supporting compliance monitoring design and execution.
• Assisting compliance teams with maintaining compliance monitoring plans and reporting efforts, aggregating monitoring results, and analyzing outcomes.
• Presenting to senior leaders and obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

What Sets You Apart

• Distilling complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling techniques and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Defining monitoring objectives, metrics, and KPIs; identifying relevant variables and data inputs; calibrating analytics and testing approaches; and establishing practical constraints to support effective, risk-based compliance monitoring.
• Leveraging data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL to support compliance monitoring activities.
• Applying data validation concepts, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, reconciliation, and exception review, to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Exploring and implementing Generative AI tools to enhance compliance monitoring workflows, anomaly detection, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, risk, and operational teams in a multicultural environment while managing independent responsibilities and contributing to team objectives.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Working collaboratively in a team environment while effectively managing independent responsibilities.
• Maintaining Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials.
