Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across international markets. This role builds trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals to advance education, generate evidence, and support patient care.

The MSL will be the primary scientific interface, delivering high-quality exchanges and gathering medical insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required; MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and investigator engagement.
• Excellent ability to interpret and communicate complex data.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient advocacy groups, medical societies, and stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease management and new data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement, site identification, and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with investigators and pharmacovigilance.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional/global objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable insights to support strategic planning.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, ethics, and pharmacovigilance standards.
