Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across international markets. You will build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and KOLs to advance medical education, evidence generation, and patient care.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation and support strategic medical objectives, using digital engagement and real-world data.

Formación

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators and KOLs.
• Experience supporting clinical trials including site identification and recruitment.
• Fluency in English and local languages where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights to inform medical strategy and decision making.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement and feasibility assessments.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to medical objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights from the field.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access and Regulatory.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, pharmacovigilance and ethics.

Educación

MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent
