Wripple is seeking a Multimedia Designer in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a 40-hour/week, 12-month contract with potential to go full-time for the right fit. You will create best-in-class video and audio content across multiple divisions and at the corporate level to support marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio, 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency with industry-standard video editing and animation tools, and fluency in English.

Wripple's financial services client is looking for a Multimedia Designer in Buenos Aires, Argentina to join their team for a 40-hour/week, 12 month contract that could go full-time for the right fit.

The Multimedia Designer will fulfill best-in-class creative video and audio requirements across the four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. This role will fulfill strategic, engaging, effective, customer-focused video and audio projects, including the creation and editing of video and audio content as both standalone pieces and as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Multimedia Designer will demonstrate a proven ability to ideate, develop and deliver innovative concepts in line with brand guidelines while pushing to explore new creative methods to elevate the overall brand, working closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers and writers.

This person should fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with — and at times push — the boundaries of our brand.
• Work across the full creative lifecycle with the ability to concept, storyboard, edit and animate all types of video content for cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive video and audio, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
• Demonstrate a passion for storytelling, with an ability to transform complex topics into compelling visual stories with audience objectives and business goals in mind.
• Apply motion design fundamentals to support effective storytelling, including understanding of the following: timing and spacing, principles of animation, visual hierarchy, composition and layout, typography best practices, brand consistency, and use of transitions.
• Proficient in 3D animation
• Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends, technological advancements and industry best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management

Experience:

• Must provide a portfolio of exceptional video content that demonstrates your skills and experience in creating a diverse range of video / audio content for marketing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing and animation tools
• Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory and hierarchy fundamentals
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in film, graphic design, advertising or related field
• Experience in video production including, specifically editing and graphics, in both live broadcasts and pre-recorded content
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable and excited to work in a corporate environment, who views being in-house as an opportunity to create engaging and effective video content with a premium, global brand
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex problems
• An excellent problem solver who is willing to go above and beyond, exploring and implementing new solutions as the need arises
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Effective in a fast-moving environment, both independently and collaboratively
• Maintain a high degree of craft and attention to detail in all creative work
• Fluent in English
