Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary care in the El Dorado, Arkansas area on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision to care for patients with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Arkansas.
• Strong clinical skills for assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in and around El Dorado, Arkansas.
• Perform physical examinations, obtain/update medical histories, and plan care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed.
• Prescribe medications and medically necessary interventions.
