Ampstek is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for long-term engagement in Argentina to drive mobile app automation using Appium, cover native iOS and Android testing, and implement API test automation. The role emphasizes end-to-end automation, reliable tests, and strong observability to support defect investigation.

The candidate will work with CI/CD practices, particularly GitHub Actions, and contribute to reusable test-data strategies to improve automation throughput and quality.

Formación

• Experience with mobile automation using Appium.
• Hands-on native iOS and Android testing and automation.
• Experience with API testing and API automation frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end automation and customer journey testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions.
• Ability to create test data and reusable test data strategies.
• Focus on automation reliability and addressing flaky or inefficient tests.
• Experience with logs and observability for defect investigation and RCA.
