MetLife Argentina is seeking an MLOps Engineer for the Buenos Aires Center of Excellence to strengthen our Data & Analytics practice. You will design and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, deploy models in Azure, and implement observability, governance, and cost-aware operations.

Formación

Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or related fields.
Proven experience in MLOps, AIOps, or data engineering for ML.
Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production.
Experience with Azure cloud and ML platforms.
Strong Python, Git, and CI/CD skills.
Familiarity with ML frameworks and data lakes/warehouses.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data to deployment and monitoring.
Operationalize AI/ML models, including LLMs, within Azure cloud and corporate platforms.
Enforce version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and model lifecycle governance.
Manage infrastructure for model execution (containers, APIs, microservices, orchestration, autoscaling).
Define standards for reproducibility, traceability, and observability.
Automate key ML lifecycle steps to enable robust model releases.
Implement AIOps to monitor models and systems in production.
Build alerts, dashboards, and monitoring tools with IT and Data Management.
Oversee lifecycle of ML and generative models, including fine-tuning and quality monitoring.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
